Meet Yelena

Meet Yelena, our newest member found in a small rural town after being caught in a trap. Fortunately, she received no injuries and was taken to a shelter. She came in very scared and unsure of her surroundings. Yelena is slowly starting to trust humans again as she is shy at first but wants to be loved. She is mastering her leash skills and loves adventures. Yelena weighs in at 26 lbs and will probably stay around that size (a mini husky). She needs a forever home with lots of patience so she can once again become more confident and sure of herself. Not sure how she is with other dogs at this time, that too will come with patience.

Please no apartments or condos without a private yard.
