We were all touched recently by the story of Sharon Osbourne and her beloved husky, Elvis. After losing her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, Elvis—a loyal Siberian Husky she and Ozzy had adopted 14 years ago—became her steadfast companion. When Elvis passed away just months later, Sharon's tribute captured a feeling we all understand: "He gave me 14 precious years. He was by my side until the end."

Elvis’s story is a beautiful reminder of the incredible impact a rescue dog can have on our lives. These dogs aren't just pets; they are confidants, healers, and family.

Here in Arizona, KD's Huskies Rescue AZ lives this truth every single day. They are the lifeline for Siberian Huskies who are waiting for their own chance to become someone's faithful companion. By opening your home temporarily, you give a dog a safe place to heal and learn, preparing them for their forever family.
